What should I expect at Check In?

Attendees in each camp program will receive a specific check-in window and location. You will receive this information by email 14 and 7 days prior to your camp start date.

Please do not arrive early as the times are set to expedite the process of checking in hundreds of campers.

After you finish check-in, all parents should depart campus promptly to allow other campers into the campus.

What happens if my child becomes ill during camp?
  • A camper with a fever of 100.4 OR COVID-like symptoms will be sent home.
  • Campers will not be sent offsite for medical evaluation unless urgent or nursing judgment deems the situation is necessary or the issue is clearly not related to an acute illness (twisted ankle, etc).
  • If a camper is sent home, an authorized parent/guardian/emergency contact should be in route within 8 hours of decampment notification.
  • If decamped due to illness, our sales team will reach out to you to evaluate your options for rebooking or credit.
